Beyond The Visa uses account, professional-profile, journey, learning, booking, community and support information to provide and secure the service. Supabase or other contracted infrastructure providers may process account data and private profile photos so that signed-in users can access them across devices.
Information we use
- Name, email, authentication and acceptance records.
- Profession, destination, qualification, registration and optional profile information.
- Journey progress, learning results, bookings, preferences and support requests.
- Profile photos and files users choose to upload.
- Security, diagnostic and service-usage information where enabled.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to provide requested features, personalise content, secure accounts, process payments or bookings, communicate with users, prevent misuse and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers or authorities where necessary and lawful.
User responsibilities and sensitive data
Do not submit identifiable patient information, payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers or confidential employer records into learning, AI, community or free-text fields.
Retention, security and rights
We apply reasonable safeguards and retain information only as needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations. Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, withdraw consent or receive a portable copy. Identity verification may be required.
International processing and children
Service providers may process data internationally using appropriate safeguards. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Launch requirement: add the operator’s full legal identity, address, privacy email, lawful bases, provider list, international-transfer mechanism, exact retention periods and relevant supervisory authority before commercial launch.
